90-Day Technology Return Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your technology product after use, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund. This guarantee also applies to any products purchased in the same transaction as the technology item.

Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Items must be returned in original packaging when possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in U.S. Dollars ($USD).
Standard Returns and Refunds (Non-Technology Products)
We provide a 30-day return window for unused items returned in original packaging. We do not issue refunds for used, worn, or damaged items due to normal use or misuse.
To initiate a return:

Email us within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.

Our team must approve all returns before shipping the product back.

Unless the item is damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Unauthorized or late returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

We inspect items within up to 10 business days.

Refunds may take up to 40 business days from inspection approval, depending on your financial institution
Cancellation Policy
Modifications or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may be in processing and ineligible for cancellation.

If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged (product defect or breakage), notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Damaged packaging alone does not qualify for a damaged item return.

If approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive for timely delivery but cannot be held responsible for courier delays, customs issues, or lost/stolen packages. For tracking or delivery concerns, please contact the courier directly.
Product Concerns
Use all products safely and in accordance with provided instructions. If you experience discomfort, discontinue use immediately and contact us. Refunds or replacements for safety-related issues are granted at our discretion.
